Piaggio Porter Front Suspension Arm Disassembly
1 - Remove the Front Wheel
2 - Undo the bolt and nut fastening the lower arm to the wheel hub . Pull the arm complete with dust seal downwards
3 - Unscrew the fixing nut, complete with washer, of the arm strut to the upright support .
Remove the arm strut paying attention to the presence of the buffers.
4 - Remove the fixing bolt to the cross member, complete with nut and washer, and remove the lower suspension arm .
5 - Undo the screws fixing to the frame and the one fixing to the radiator support and remove the upright support
6 - Undo the screws fastening the front suspension cross member and the transmission retaining plate to the frame.
Remove both.
