Disassembly Guide - Piaggio Porter Front Hub
1 - Remove the Wheel
2 - Remove the ABS sensor by unscrewing the fixing screw.
3 - Remove the brake caliper assembly by unscrewing the relative fixing screws.
4 - Unscrew the bolts complete with washer and nut and release the wheel hub from the shock absorber
5 - Remove the cotter pin and unscrew the nut fixing the wheel hub to the steering arm and slide the latter downwards
6 - Supporting the wheel hub , undo the bolt and nut fastening it to the lower suspension arm . Remove the wheel hub .
7 - Clamp the wheel hub in a vice. Remove the cotter pin
8 - Unscrew the crown nut.
9 - Place an aluminum cylinder on the end of the wheel shaft, then tap it using a hammer to remove the shaft itself
10- Remove the flat washer .
