Piaggio Porter Crankshaft Pulley disassembly
Before disassembling the driving pulley from the crankshaft , it is necessary to block the rotation of the compartment on the opposite side of the engine block using the specific tool.
1 - Unscrew the central screw of the pulley .
2 - Remove the central screw and clean any sealant residues.
3 - Remove the pulley from the crankshaft .

Before fitting the crankshaft drive pulley , the surfaces and threads must be cleaned.
Apply the recommended sealing product to the screw cap.
Recommended products
HZ 1213 Oil resistant silicone sealant. Color: Grey".
Fit the pulley and tighten to the torque specified below
Locking torques (N*m)
Pulley (a) - Crankshaft 115 Nm
